Hanklit & Salgjerhøj - Mors
The hiking area is located in the northwestern part of Mors and is framed by a unique, scenic landscape with a rich natural history.
Here, you can experience an unforgettable hike on Denmark's highest moler cliff, offering a truly breathtaking view over Thisted Bredning.
Take a hike to the highest point on Mors, where, under the right conditions, you can supposedly spot as many as 22 out of the island's 34 churches.
You will also have the opportunity to explore part of the coastal route along Limfjorden, where you can find a rich variety of shellfish or maybe even come across some petrified sea urchins.
This hiking area offers four carefully selected hiking routes that together extend over 15.8 kilometers. In addition, there is a bonus path of 7 kilometers for the adventurous walkers with strong legs.
