2 days in Thy National Park

In this selection of the spectacular and unique hiking routes in Thy National Park, you can explore the unique nature that stretches around the entire national park.

Embark on a fascinating walk along the coastal dune at the southern end, where you can also enjoy a walk along the beach and experience the steep coastal cliffs.

At Stenbjerg and Bøgsted Rende you can discover the enchanting winding paths that lead you from dune top to dune top. You can walk on one arm of a parabolic dune and be captivated by the magic of nature.

In the Hanstholm Wildlife Reserve to the north you can enjoy the view of the fantastic open spaces in Denmark's largest wilderness. Climb the reserve's highest point and be captivated by the magnificent panoramic view.

Along the way, it is recommended to visit the cozy coffee room at the Lighthouse in Lodbjerg, admire the picturesque fishermen's houses at Stenbjerg Landingsplads, explore the exciting National Park Center in Vorupør and observe the surfers in Cold Hawaii at Klitmøller.

The total walk includes seven selected routes with a total distance of up to 32.1 km, as well as two bonus routes that add another 10.4 km to your trip if you are feeling fit and have good legs.
