Bøgsted Rende & Klitmøller - Thy National Park
The area is located in the central part of Thy National Park and is located close to Klitmøller, which is also known as the surfers' capital of Cold Hawaii.
Bøgsted Rende is one of the most breathtaking natural areas in the national park and represents the place on the Thy coast where the plantation stretches farthest towards the sea.
Here you can walk along beautiful winding, twisted paths from dune top to dune top, interrupted by absolutely unique views of the sea, the dunes and the plantation.
You can feel the rush of history in this area, which contains one of Thy's oldest plantations with trees that are several hundred years old.
In addition to the fantastic nature, you can also visit one of the few remaining beacons (sea marks) at Bøgsted Rende and observe surfers mastering the waves in Cold Hawaii in Klitmøller.
The hiking area offers five selected hiking trails that together stretch up to 15.2 km. In addition, there are two bonus trails, totaling 4.2 km, for those with good legs.
Please note that accommodation, transport (own car) and meals are not included in the price.
